Snow threatened yet again as I looked south near the Old Town Lift in Park City. From approximately 8,000 feet along a lightly traveled road, most likely a former miner’s footpath, I came upon this view looking toward Deer Valley. Dramatic diagonals created by masses of pine trees direct the eye upward toward top of this peak and the fickle sun on this overcast day.
